But today's engineer are unable to understand the importance of working in industries which can ripe fruits for them in future having a minimum of 2-3 years Industrial exposure.A true spirited mechanical engineer makes his hand filthy to have practical exposure & comprehend the working society of hardship (and Come Out Even Stronger) at the beginning period of their profession , instead of searching for cushy white collar jobs in Design,Analysis, Marketing,IT & other fields.
