Bolt has thread at one hand and it can be used with nut or without nut,while screw don't have nut i can be screwed in tapped hole,and stud with both end thread.

Bolt-threaded one end and another end head.                                                          Screw-A bolt which dia is less than 6mm known as screw.....                                Stud-threaded on both end and in the middle plain....
