How on earth is this a blog? In my understanding, a blog has something to say, some information to convey, and certainly there is no information given in simply asking a question. This defeats the purpose of a blog column, in my opinion. I think this should be removed.

Participate, learn & Sharpen your answering skills

This blog was started with an objective to encourage members for participation.....

I have asked for four advantages...  one can come and write the other can in chip in to write other two advantages.... then members further discuss the points.........This will set a platform for open end discussion...

A blog certainly provides an information....if we step from blog entry to blog list... he will have the list of 300 questions to validate his concepts.....

I'm no machinist, by any stretch of the imagination, but to the best of my knowledge broaching is really only good for square holes. I don't see any advantage of broaching over milling, since broaching can lead to blowout, or dis-formation of a part.

By the help of broach you can cut down the time for machining, in case of mass production. You can give any shape to the hole by broaching. By broach you can achieve very heigh surface finish (RMS value) & Heigh accuracy.
