Heat Load Calculation

I need help to solve and understand an issue regarding industrial frying system.

Scenario: Food material is entering a fryer @ 750 kg/hr with 9.50% moisture. Leaving final moisture to 1.10% and taking up 21% of oil. Frying temperature 190°C. Oil inlet temperature 50°C.

Need to understand the following:

1. Heat required by food

2. Heat required by water

3. Heat required for water vaporization

4. Heat required by oil.

And assuming heat efficiency at 0.75 and combustion efficiency at 0.92,

LPG flow rate required if calorific value of LPG is 46000 KJ/Kg.
