  1. Hi, The idea of the design is to compress a rubber material in the pipe in order to produce enough force to support it from being pushed outwards by the internal 3 bar water pressure. I have atatched a photo for you to understand it better. How can i calculate the amount of contact pressure that will be produced by the rubber towards the pipe for 3 bar of internal water pressure. I need this to calculate the frictional force that will be produced between he rubber and the pipe using the formula below. Fs=(k*Pi*2πr*L) Fs - frictional force Pi - contact pressure Thank you very much
