  1. Hello I am researching about kitchen utensils and the metals they use. Aluminium is known to react with acidic food (tomatoes, vinegar etc). Manufactures now use hard anodised/forged/pressed aluminium. I am not a mechanical engineer but I'd like to understand the differences between the two :- 1. Which one is stronger? 2. Is forged non-reactive with acidic food? 3. Are any scratch resistant? I know forged generally is and hard anodised is not perfectly scratch resistant. 4. Anything else? Thank you in advance
