    Regenerative braking system

A regenerative braking mechanism which slows down a vehicle or object by converting its kinetic energy into electrical form by using the motor as a generator, which can be either used immediately or stored until needed. it is one of the energy conservation project and is effective but also has some limitations and needs convectional braking as a backup. Effective regenerative braking can only occur if the battery or capacitors are not fully charged. For this reason, it is normal to also incorporate traditional braking to absorb the excess energy. The regenerative braking effect drops off at lower speeds Regenerative braking only works on “drive wheels. so,emergency stops are not that effective in vehicles with 2WD . For these reasons there is typically the need to control the regenerative braking and match the friction and regenerative braking to produce the desired total braking effect.
