cam design

Question

reciprocating roller follower when the rise angle is 120, the return angle is 90,
maximum pressure angles during rise and return is 30 and the lift is 25 mm for the
following cases:

This has to be a homework problem. No serious cam designer uses parabolic and/or simple harmonic motions.

I suggest you write some design code, play around with it while varying the parameters, and see what you get.
