Are Mechanical Engineers and other STEM graduates career-ready? Do you hire/manage/teach STEM graduates in the U.S.?

Research shows that employers are seeking more than technical skills from STEM college graduates But which skills are important?

Seeking employers and faculty who manage/teach Engineers and other STEM graduates for a short research survey. Give your insight to the non-technical (employability) skills and competencies of today's engineers.

Upon completion of the full survey, you will have the option to enter a random drawing for one of ten $25 Tango gift cards. Not necessarily, some schools and colleges are sending students into the workplace with incorrectly achieved qualifications; I am not a cynic but a witness of this, this is why I left main stream teaching this year and pursued giving apprenticeships to budding engineers.
