Hi!
I am a mechanical engineer from India and I am currently stuck at a point where I have to choose a motor where high torque and less rpm is required. Basically the operation of mixing something which is heavy in weight.
Can you suggest which motor is suited for this purpose?

The motor you describe is probably very large and heavy. Consider instead going with a small, lighter, less expensive motor and a speed reduction (gears, belts, etc).

Are you looking for a drive or a motor?  If you're looking for a drive, maybe look at the GV3000 series from Reliance Electric.  They are variable voltage variable frequency power inverters with output currents ranging from 2 to 360 amps.  Various models can be seen here

Hope this helps.
